As a Texas native and fourth-generation rancher in the Lone Star State, I proudly serve as leader of the Land & Water Team and co-own Hot Rod Ranch Land & Cattle. I personally live on the ranch, raising Black Angus cattle. As an Accredited Land Consultant of the Realtors Land Institute - a distinction only held by 480 people in the US - I understand that buying or selling acreage property is more than just a sale; it's a continuation of our heritage and the preservation of a unique lifestyle. Understanding the uniqueness of each property, with its own set of characteristics, has been shaped by my deep appreciation of the country lifestyle. I know the necessities for a ranch—barns, cross-fencing, arenas, holding pens, irrigation, crop fields, hay yields, flood plans, land preservation, hunting, and guest quarters, among other elements—all from firsthand experience. Connie's childhood was blessed with a diverse set of experiences. Growing up in the coastal plains, then completing college in West Texas, and raising her children in the hills, she could take advantage of the opportunities offered by Texas. Her grandfather's ranch in East Texas was an idyllic location where she could feed calves, take rides on the tractor, and watch the branding of the cattle. Such exposure is priceless. To complement her knowledge of the land, Connie holds two degrees, one in advertising and the other in education. This expertise has prepared her well for her work as an Accredited Land Consultant for the Realtor Land Institute (RLI). Not only does she understand the value of your property, but she also knows how to properly advertise it and ensure it reaches its full potential.

An Associate's degree holder in Business, Hanna is now also pursuing a Nursing degree. Besides her professional pursuits, Hanna also lends a hand in managing the family ranch. An avid lover of the outdoors, she loves exploring hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, and skydiving in her free time with her friends. Born in Little Rock, Arkansas, Sheila planted her roots firmly in the Lone Star State after graduating from De Soto High School in 1983. As a mother of four boys and grandmother of six, her family is her highest priority, especially when she is not occupied by her professional responsibilities. From horseback riding through the trails of her 27-acre ranch to a girly day out with her mom and granddaughters in Canton, Sheila is constantly optimistic and focused on the joy of living in the moment. When away from her beloved family, she delights in cruising around the Colorado Rockies in her Jeep.
For the past twenty years, Sheila has been based in the Cedar Creek Lake area, entering the real estate sector in 2016 to take charge of her own wealth and liberate herself from time-constraining commitments.
